Referral Partnership

Periodontal & Soft-Tissue Referral Partnership

Dr. Allen Huang, Board-Certified Periodontist, partners with general dentists throughout Las Vegas to co-manage gum disease, soft-tissue grafting, crown lengthening, and implant-site care. You keep the restorative relationship; Dr. Huang handles diagnosis and the periodontal phase, then refers the patient back to your office.

How Co-Management Works

You identify the periodontal or soft-tissue concern and refer the patient to Dr. Huang.
Dr. Huang completes a comprehensive periodontal evaluation — probing, radiographic review, and bone-level assessment.
You receive a written diagnosis and proposed treatment plan before any surgical phase begins.
Dr. Huang's team coordinates all appointments and performs the periodontal treatment.
The patient returns to your office for restorative care and recall — you keep the restorative relationship.

Procedures We Accept

Gum & soft-tissue grafting for recession, plus the minimally invasive Pinhole Surgical Technique.
Osseous (pocket reduction) surgery and regenerative procedures for advanced periodontitis.
Functional & esthetic crown lengthening, gum contouring, and gingivectomy.
Non-surgical therapy — scaling & root planing, PerioScope, and laser periodontal therapy.
Bone grafting, ridge preservation, and management of peri-implantitis around existing implants.

When to Refer

Probing depths of 5 mm or greater, bleeding on probing, or bone loss not resolving with hygiene therapy.
Gingival recession, exposed roots, sensitivity, or inadequate attached/keratinized tissue.
Excess or uneven gingival display, or insufficient tooth structure for a planned restoration.
Mobile teeth, furcation involvement, or a history of aggressive or refractory periodontitis.
Site development before implant placement, or active peri-implant infection needing management.
